I am delighted to welcome you and to let you know that we are honored that you have chosen our Master’s program. We are sure that completing your Master’s studies with us will prove to be an enriching experience that will be fruitful for your professional future.
The many unknown factors generated by the coronavirus pandemic mean that this coming academic year will be very challenging for everybody. We intend to maintain our Master’s in its present class format, but in the event of a renewed outbreak, we will move to online teaching. We realize that this may be inconvenient for everybody, but be assured that we will do everything in our power to provide you with a complete and fully developed program. We will keep you informed to the best of our ability according to the changing circumstances.

Students who hold an international degree from a University that does NOT belong to the European System of Higher Education need to apply for the Assessment of Foreign Qualification Transcripts of their Degree at the University of Salamanca (Evaluación del Título Extranjero), unless they already have the official recognition of their degree from the Spanish Ministry of Education (homologación del título en el Ministerio de Educación). The Degree Recognition forms must be submitted separately from the Master’s Application forms. A student may be admitted to the Master’s program, but if the recognition has not been processed and approved, the student may not register for classes. Students should:

Apply for Assessment of Foreign Qualification Transcripts
(This process is necessary for students who have received international degrees outside of the European System of Higher Education)
Students who hold an international degree that is not granted under the European System of Higher Education need to complete both the program admittance process as well as the degree recognition process in order to be officially admitted into the Master’s.
Verification of the transcript of former studies is essential for access of students qualified by education systems outside the European Higher Education Area whose degree has not been officially approved or declared equivalent by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. This shall be done prior to and separately from the rest of procedures, which shall be conditional upon its successful completion. The application period is open throughout the entire year. It is advisable to fulfil this previous requirement as soon as possible to be able to comply with the deadlines for the rest of procedures.
The application must include the following DOCUMENTATION:
Legalization is an administrative act by which a foreign public document is recognized as valid, checking the authenticity of the signature it bears and the capacity in which the signing authority has acted. Documents can be legalized through diplomatic channels or by Apostille of the Hague Legalization Convention.

All the documentation required must be submitted. Processing will not be initiated if the application is incomplete or does not meet the indicated legalization requirements (Information on legalization procedures). http://www.exteriores.gob.es/Portal/es/ServiciosAlCiudadano/SiEstasEnElExtranjero/Paginas/Legalizaciones.aspx Otherwise, the application shall be considered not to have been submitted.
The documentation may be delivered by post, courier or personally at the Section for Undergraduate and Master’s Degree Studies (Patio de Escuelas, no. 1, 37008- Salamanca).
Fees: Make payment of 210,97 euros (Anexo IV of Decree 10/2016, April 14 of Consejería de Educación, BOCyL of April 18, 2016) at BANCO SANTANDER: ES38-0049-1843-41-2810238811, SWIFT code: BSCHESMM, as processing payment for the official foreign degree evaluation that allows access to Official Master’s Studies.
